Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Be part of a dynamic team environment and help new customers with their first steps on the platform.
- Educating new customers about our product and functionalities during onboarding meetings and calls.
- Assisting users in their setup and help with their implementation.
- Getting new users to place their first booking by connecting with them via phone, email, or other channels.
- Setting up repeatable sequences of onboarding activities.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Understanding of tech products and digital savviness.
- Determination to achieve ambitious goals.
- Can-do attitude, entrepreneurial spirit.
- Great organisational and project management skills.
- Interest in caring about the customer first.
- Native or equivalent in English (second language is a plus).
- Outstanding communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the freight forwarding or aviation industry.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced early-stage environment or tech industry.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, ideally of Salesforce.
- Fluency in Spanish language.
