Responsibilities

  • Develop and design a wide range of visual assets, including sophisticated email templates, engaging social media graphics, dynamic web banners, and impactful direct mail pieces.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative designs for digital and print advertising initiatives, ensuring they are both innovative and effective in achieving marketing objectives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to the brand guidelines and visual identity of each client, guaranteeing a cohesive and consistent brand presence across all communication touchpoints.
  • Partner closely with Content and Development teams to align creative output with strategic marketing goals, technical requirements, and project timelines, fostering a collaborative GTM environment.
  • Systematically manage multiple client design projects concurrently, prioritizing workloads and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality creative solutions.
  • Support marketing campaigns through multimedia elements, including photography, videography, and illustration, to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
  • Design modular and reusable creative systems that can be efficiently scaled across various formats, channels, and client variants, promoting design efficiency.
  • Create production-ready print assets, adhering to all technical specifications for print production, including bleeds, crop marks, CMYK color workflows, and print color management.
  • Coordinate with external printing agencies, managing pre-press requirements, file handoff standards, and remote proofing cycles to ensure successful print execution.
  • Design layouts that support Variable Data Printing (VDP) and incorporate an understanding of paper stock types, finishes, folds, and die cuts to optimize design impact.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows, including concept exploration, layout ideation, and copy variation, to enhance design productivity and innovation.
  • Continuously explore and implement evolving design processes using automation and AI-assisted tools to drive efficiency and creative excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in graphic design, with a strong focus on marketing collateral and digital assets
  • Demonstrated experience designing modular and reusable creative systems that scale across formats, channels, and variants
  • Hands-on experience creating production-ready print assets, including accurate use of bleeds, crop marks, trim, safe areas, PDF/X-1a and PDF/X-4 compliance
  • Experience working with printing agencies, understanding pre-press, file handoff, and remote proofing cycles
  • Familiarity with Variable Data Printing (VDP) and its design implications
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related design tools such as Sketch, Figma, and Canva
  • Strong design fundamentals, including expert knowledge of typography, layout principles, color theory, and visual communication
  • Deep understanding of marketing strategy, audience targeting, customer journey mapping, funnel stages, and conversion optimization goals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and accept constructive feedback
  • Proven ability to learn new design tools, techniques, and visual trends rapidly
  • Strong project management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under pressure
  • Hands-on experience with multimedia asset creation, including photography, videography, and illustration
  • Solid understanding of print production workflows, including CMYK color management and printing processes
  • Familiarity with paper stock types, finishes, folds, perforations, and die cuts and their impact on design
