Job description
Responsibilities
- Identify and drive pipeline growth and execute sales strategy in the MENA region.
- Build a sustainable and predictable business, achieving ARR bookings and developing pipeline.
- Manage GTM and enhance brand presence in the region.
- Create and execute a successful business plan for the region.
- Identify high-potential customers and manage complex sales cycles.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bring new and innovative solutions to market and drive sales growth.
- Conduct accurate forecasting and execute against a regional plan.
- Use consultative sales techniques for enterprise customers.
- Travel (approx. 70%) across key MENA markets as part of the role.
Requirements
- Based in UAE or KSA with at least 7 years' IT experience (enterprise cybersecurity preferred)
- Proven track record in achieving acquisition sales targets
- History of winning new business within large enterprise customers
- Demonstrated ability to build individual pipeline (75%) and drive eco-system partner sales (25%)
- Experience building and executing individual sales plans
- Success in high-growth, scale-out business environments
- Experience with start-ups or challenger brands
- Ability to articulate cybersecurity value to C-level executives
- Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills
- Strong sales and customer relationship management
- Current UAE or KSA residency and valid work permit
- Fluent in both Arabic and English
- Ability to work independently and remotely
