Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and promote the employer brand across the UAE, with emphasis on Dubai and key regional talent hubs.
  • Drive initiatives to enable business growth through strategic talent attraction and retention.
  • Ensure a high-performance culture by partnering with hiring managers to place the right people in the right roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline across the UAE and the broader Middle East region.
  • Design and execute creative sourcing and attraction strategies to engage top talent.
  • Define and continuously improve candidate and employee experience in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Deliver data-driven insights and recruitment metrics to improve hiring outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years hiring experience in the UAE talent market or similar regional markets.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture candidate relationships and talent communities.
  • Strong judgment, coaching, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills; fluent in English.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with modern ATS/HRIS and recruitment analytics.
  • Background in employer branding and candidate engagement programs.
  • Familiarity with UAE employment practices and mobility/visa considerations.
  • Experience supporting hybrid and remote work models.
