Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define vision and strategy for customer communication on the super app (in-app chat, push notifications, VoIP, email, customer care workflows).
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, design, delivery, launch and iteration.
  • Drive product initiatives to improve customer experience and engagement in UAE markets.
  • Analyze customer feedback, market trends and performance metrics to prioritize roadmaps and features.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, ops, marketing, customer care) to deliver high-impact features.
  • Manage agile routines, backlog, OKRs and stakeholder communication in a hybrid/remote setup.
  • Mentor and collaborate with associate PMs and other product team members.
