Job Description
Responsibilities
- Define sponsorship campaign priorities and key performance indicators to measure the success of individual sponsorship initiatives and event performance.
- Develop and manage go-to-market strategies and activation plans for Pepperstone’s global sponsorships aligned to the sponsorship calendar across key regions.
- Collaborate with regional marketing leads on local sponsorships and co-develop activation and marketing plans in line with global strategy.
- Lead as the primary contact for agency partners in content and social media development to deliver on sponsorship assets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing leads, commercial heads, sales teams, partners, legal and compliance, sponsors, and agency partners.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager to ensure all sponsorship activations align with brand standards.
- Coordinate event sponsorship activities, including logistics, branding, and on-site and digital activations.
- Ensure sponsorship properties are well-represented in digital and social channels to support acquisition.
- Serve as the main contact for sponsors and ambassadors, managing planning and regular progress communications.
- Maximize value from contracted rights and ensure agreement elements are fulfilled.
- Integrate sponsorships into broader marketing campaigns, including social media, performance marketing, SEO, affiliates, and more.
- Work closely with partners and sales teams to deliver top event experiences.
- Monitor and evaluate sponsorship performance, providing insights and reports on ROI and effectiveness to senior management.
- This is a hands-on role requiring full activation of sponsorships both on and off-site, with some travel.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in sponsorship-related roles
- Experience working with global rights holders in the sporting field (Formula One preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Capable of performing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strategic, creative thinker with strong analytical skills
- Budget management and financial forecasting
- Experience with campaign and ROI reporting
- Proficient in social media and digital sponsorship content
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services
