Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with the assigned Supply Chain vertical to own full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions
- Lead briefing conversations with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, interview process and timelines (SLAs)
- Source, screen and assess candidates aligned to Chalhoub Group culture, values and competency frameworks
- Execute talent attraction tactics and employer branding activities to build a strong talent pipeline
- Manage candidate experience across all touchpoints to ensure a positive recruitment journey
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists, market insights, reporting and competitive landscape updates
- Build and maintain communities, networks and pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate across HR and business departments to align recruitment best practices and processes
