Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the assigned Supply Chain vertical to own full-cycle recruitment for open requisitions
  • Lead briefing conversations with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategy, interview process and timelines (SLAs)
  • Source, screen and assess candidates aligned to Chalhoub Group culture, values and competency frameworks
  • Execute talent attraction tactics and employer branding activities to build a strong talent pipeline
  • Manage candidate experience across all touchpoints to ensure a positive recruitment journey
  • Provide hiring managers with shortlists, market insights, reporting and competitive landscape updates
  • Build and maintain communities, networks and pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Collaborate across HR and business departments to align recruitment best practices and processes

  • Experience in Retail industry recruiting
