Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: role intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and handover to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers across functions to define requirements, priorities and timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for tech, non-tech and business roles using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and networking.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines and engage passive candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Serve as a trusted recruitment partner; provide hiring updates, market insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, feedback and follow-ups to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer preparation, negotiation and pre-joining formalities in line with company policies.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS or trackers; monitor metrics like time-to-hire and offer acceptance rates.
- Continuously refine hiring processes and support employer branding initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience hiring across tech, sales, operations and support roles
- Previous startup or high-growth company experience
- Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting
- Experience with employer branding and talent pipelining
