Job Description
Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led (ILT), virtual (vILT) and blended training to end users on enterprise systems and new business processes.
- Design and customise training materials, facilitator guides, learner handouts, demonstrations, walkthroughs and simulations.
- Facilitate hands-on, role-based sessions for platforms such as Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
- Validate training environments, test data and user access prior to sessions to ensure readiness.
- Run train-the-trainer (TTT) sessions and support regional/functional localisation of content.
- Coordinate with Training Managers, Learning Consultants, Program Leads, SMEs and Change teams to align delivery with deployment schedules.
- Track attendance, completion, satisfaction and knowledge scores; escalate readiness risks and follow up on remediation plans.
- Analyse post-training feedback and assessments to identify gaps and continuously improve delivery and content.

Preferred Qualifications
- ATD, CPTM or equivalent facilitator certification.
- Proven experience in large-scale digital transformation or technology adoption programs.
- Experience with eLearning development tools and blended learning approaches.
- Prior work supporting UAE or regional deployments and an understanding of cross-functional business processes.
- Comfortable delivering sessions onsite in UAE offices and via virtual platforms.

This role supports a complex transformation program with delivery across UAE business units; the position is Dubai-based (hybrid) and will require coordination with regional stakeholders across Abu Dhabi and other UAE locations. The Trainer will be a key enabler of user adoption for large-scale system rollouts and process changes.
