Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via email
  • Forward inquiries to suppliers for quotations
  • Follow up with suppliers for offers
  • Prepare final offers via ERP
  • Track client orders and prepare paperwork
  • Invoice completed orders via ERP

Requirements

  • Excellent English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of Odoo software
  • ERP knowledge
  • Office suite proficiency
  • Windows and iOS knowledge
  • 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Understanding of administrative processes
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Preferred shipping-marine sector experience
