Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email
- Forward inquiries to suppliers for quotations
- Follow up with suppliers for offers
- Prepare final offers via ERP
- Track client orders and prepare paperwork
- Invoice completed orders via ERP
Requirements
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Odoo software
- ERP knowledge
- Office suite proficiency
- Windows and iOS knowledge
- 3-5 years administrative experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Understanding of administrative processes
- Integrity and professionalism
- Preferred shipping-marine sector experience
