Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner engagement strategy across MEA to grow Anaplan’s partner ecosystem.
  • Drive joint demand generation initiatives with partners and internal teams to accelerate pipeline and achieve shared revenue targets.
  • Design and deliver enablement programs, workshops, and communications to raise partner awareness and capability.
  • Own partner readiness by defining prerequisites (certifications, solution knowledge, delivery capability) and ensuring compliance with partner success criteria.
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop partner-focused campaigns and content that drive pipeline and market awareness.
  • Monitor partner performance, provide strategic guidance and feedback, and implement actions to maximise partner contribution.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success to align partner activities with business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Global System Integrators and Cloud providers in a regional or global capacity.
  • Proven track record of driving software revenue through strategic alliances and partner-led motions.
  • Experience operating in complex, matrixed organisations and executing partner business plans.
  • Familiarity with Anaplan or similar cloud-based enterprise planning platforms is advantageous.
  • Advanced degree in business or related field is a plus.
