Responsibilities
- Drive Adoption of Maze by increasing usage of Maze solutions.
- Provide Strategic Guidance & Project Management.
- Act as a Customer Advocate within the company.
- Serve as a Trusted Advisor to C-level execs.
- Problem Solver and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
- Drive Renewals and Growth.
Requirements
- Customer Facing SaaS Background with minimum 5 years in a customer facing role.
- Agility in Fast Paced Environments.
- High analytical skills.
- CS Tooling Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Certified in Google’s Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts Coursera Course.
