Responsibilities

  • Drive Adoption of Maze by increasing usage of Maze solutions.
  • Provide Strategic Guidance & Project Management.
  • Act as a Customer Advocate within the company.
  • Serve as a Trusted Advisor to C-level execs.
  • Problem Solver and Cross-Functional Collaboration.
  • Drive Renewals and Growth.

Requirements

  • Customer Facing SaaS Background with minimum 5 years in a customer facing role.
  • Agility in Fast Paced Environments.
  • High analytical skills.
  • CS Tooling Experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Fluent in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Certified in Google’s Conduct UX Research and Test Early Concepts Coursera Course.
