Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Act as a right-hand to senior leadership, translating strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across compliance, finance, technology, people and growth programs.
  • Manage complex priorities, confidential matters and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Drive process improvements, project execution and operational readiness for regulated environments.
  • Prepare briefings, reporting and decision materials for executive-level meetings.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in management consulting, strategy or operational leadership roles.
  • Experience in regulated environments, fintech, financial services or institutional platforms.
  • Proven ability managing senior stakeholders and confidential, high-priority work.
  • Strong operational mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with UAE business environment and local regulatory context.
  • High maturity, sound judgment and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior exposure to institutional-grade technology or financial platform businesses.
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership in execution-focused roles.
  • Demonstrable track record of driving cross-functional projects to completion.
  • Background in compliance, finance operations or product/technology delivery is advantageous.
