Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality visual assets for digital and print: social posts, web graphics, email templates, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and GTM teams to translate briefs into on-brand, effective visuals.
  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines; manage asset libraries and ensure consistent application across channels.
  • Produce final files optimized for web and print; prepare production-ready artwork and specifications.
  • Iterate quickly on feedback, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a hybrid Dubai-based workflow.
  • Contribute to campaign conceptualisation and provide design input for performance-driven marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years professional design experience, preferably in agency or in-house marketing teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong experience with Figma (and/or Canva) for collaborative design and prototyping.
  • Solid understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  • Portfolio demonstrating digital and print work, with 2-3 case studies explaining process and impact.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment.
  • Ability to prepare print-ready files and understand basic web/export requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic motion graphics / After Effects for short social animations.
  • UI/UX fundamentals and experience designing simple interfaces or marketing landing pages.
  • Experience working with performance marketing teams and understanding creative optimization for conversions.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or tech products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Arabic typography and localization considerations (beneficial for UAE-focused campaigns).
