Job description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage and execute end-to-end integrated marketing partnership campaigns across the UAE region.
  • Collaborate with global teams, local marketing peers, commercial and legal teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts informed by industry insights, partner objectives and user behaviour.
  • Serve as day-to-day point of contact for partners and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Create and maintain trackers for periodic and post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy.
  • Support lead generation, contract negotiation and campaign roll-out with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years total work experience with 3-4+ years in Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management.
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programmes and performance-based campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence internal and external partners.
  • Fluent English; Arabic language skills required.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and hands-on execution.
  • Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the UAE or MENA region.
  • Background in technology, food delivery, e-commerce, or agency environments.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Familiarity with local media and partner landscape in Dubai/UAE.
