Job description
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage and execute end-to-end integrated marketing partnership campaigns across the UAE region.
- Collaborate with global teams, local marketing peers, commercial and legal teams to deliver partnership initiatives.
- Develop creative campaign concepts informed by industry insights, partner objectives and user behaviour.
- Serve as day-to-day point of contact for partners and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Create and maintain trackers for periodic and post-campaign analysis to inform future strategy.
- Support lead generation, contract negotiation and campaign roll-out with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years total work experience with 3-4+ years in Partnerships, Business Development or Account Management.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing programmes and performance-based campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign data to inform decisions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence internal and external partners.
- Fluent English; Arabic language skills required.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and hands-on execution.
- Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in the UAE or MENA region.
- Background in technology, food delivery, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Familiarity with local media and partner landscape in Dubai/UAE.
