Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee completion of all visa and immigration documents within government time limits
- Manage visa processing for Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions
- Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and government service centers
- Support visa issuance, MOFA attestations, trade license renewals and other government transactions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
- Take full responsibility for immigration operations and remain up to date with legislative changes
Requirements
- Fluent English
- Visa processing knowledge
- Mainland & Free Zone experience
- MOFA attestation familiarity
- Government relations skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication & negotiation
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Minimum 3 years experience
- UAE driving license mandatory
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business/HR
- Previous PRO/immigration consultancy experience
- Familiarity with local government portals and procedures
