PRO (Public Relations Officer) - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Oversee completion of all visa and immigration documents within government time limits
• Manage visa processing for Mainland and Free Zone jurisdictions
• Maintain strong working relationships with Immigration and government service centers
• Support visa issuance, MOFA attestations, trade license renewals and other government transactions in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Take full responsibility for immigration operations and remain up to date with legislative changes

Requirements

• Fluent English
• Visa processing knowledge
• Mainland & Free Zone experience
• MOFA attestation familiarity
• Government relations skills
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong communication & negotiation
• Ability to meet tight deadlines
• Minimum 3 years experience
• UAE driving license mandatory

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business/HR
• Previous PRO/immigration consultancy experience
• Familiarity with local government portals and procedures
