Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across property management, real estate, corporate, and support functions.
  • Conduct candidate screening, competency-based interviews, and shortlisting.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Negotiate offers and support hiring managers in closing candidates successfully.

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner to department heads and leadership teams.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations.
  • Manage expectations on timelines, candidate availability, and recruitment challenges.
  • Deliver regular recruitment status updates and reports.

Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Proactively identify passive candidates in the UAE market.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Improve recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and company policies.
  • Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
  • Ensure professional communication and positive candidate experience.
  • Represent the company values and culture throughout the hiring journey.

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 5–8 years of recruitment experience, preferably in UAE.
  • Experience hiring for real estate, property management, or service-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling mid-to-senior level roles.
  • Experience working in a remote or hybrid recruitment environment is an advantage.

Skills

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously with tight deadlines.
  • Negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Data-driven mindset with reporting and analytics skills.

Technical Skills

  • Experience with ATS systems and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and job portal sourcing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR or Recruitment certifications are an advantage.
  • Possession of a valid own visa is advantageous.
