Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Daos Hub’s global social media and content strategy across platforms, shaping brand narrative and driving measurable business impact.
  • Reboot and scale digital presence with daily publishing, creative formats, and AI-driven content workflows.
  • Execute a 0–90 day impact roadmap: relaunch voice and channels (0–30 days); build and manage a small creative team and external contractors (31–60 days); implement KPI accountability (MAU, DAU, content volume, follower growth, leads) and refine strategy (61–90 days).
  • Turn events, campaigns, and community activity into content that drives engagement, lead generation, and monetization.
  • Coordinate closely with design, production, and leadership; plan major activations (e.g., Telegram mini-apps, Token 2049 participation) and leverage EGC/UGC content.
  • Manage budgets for content production and external vendors to deliver high-quality, cost-effective output.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing small creative teams (3–5 people) and coordinating external contractors/freelancers.
  • Deep familiarity with Web3, startups, and crypto ecosystem storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate and scale content production while maintaining quality.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
