Job Description
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage key decision-makers within assigned German-speaking territory
- Conduct cold calls, send personalized cold emails, and run LinkedIn outreach sequences
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs, pain points and goals
- Build and prioritize strategic target account lists and maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with Revenue team to hand over qualified opportunities and refine outreach
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 0-2 years
- Native German
- Native English
- Cold calling
- Outbound emailing
- LinkedIn outreach
- CRM usage
- Time management
- Positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous BDR or sales development experience
- Experience in EdTech or SaaS
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Comfortable with fast-paced, international teams
- Experience using AI tools for sales outreach
