Job description

Responsibilities

Own the adviser’s client admin end-to-end: meeting packs, documentation, workflow management

Support light paraplanning tasks: research, letters, drafting, report preparation

Use Skybound’s tech platforms to streamline processes and elevate the client experience

Liaise with providers, internal teams, and clients to keep cases moving with zero friction

Maintain the high compliance standards expected across all Skybound entities

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services, ideally adviser support or admin

High-level organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and professionalism with senior clients

Tech-confident and quick to learn new systems

Ability to work in a fast, demanding, quality-driven environment
