Collections Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and lead collections for assigned customer portfolio
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
• Negotiate payment plans and secure collections while maintaining customer relationships
• Reconcile payments, apply receipts and resolve billing discrepancies
• Liaise with sales, logistics and credit teams to resolve disputes and prevent delays
• Prepare regular collections reports and escalate high-risk accounts

Requirements

• 4-6 years collections
• Collections experience
• Credit control
• AR management
• ERP experience
• MS Excel
• English fluent
• JAFZA based

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial clients
• Familiarity with flow control equipment industry preferred
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset
