Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and lead collections for assigned customer portfolio
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on overdue invoices
- Negotiate payment plans and secure collections while maintaining customer relationships
- Reconcile payments, apply receipts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Liaise with sales, logistics and credit teams to resolve disputes and prevent delays
- Prepare regular collections reports and escalate high-risk accounts
Requirements
- 4-6 years collections
- Collections experience
- Credit control
- AR management
- ERP experience
- MS Excel
- English fluent
- JAFZA based
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multinational manufacturing or industrial clients
- Familiarity with flow control equipment industry preferred
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Attention to detail and analytical mindset
