Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform clearing reconciliation tasks and clearing data analysis to support finance operations.
- Analyze extensive datasets, extract trends and actionable insights to inform business decisions.
- Develop, track and integrate KPIs into FP&A models and dashboards.
- Resolve variances through engagement with internal and external stakeholders (banks, clients, operations, tech).
- Act as a single point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders on reconciliation and finance operations matters.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and escalations on long-pending items for logical closure.
- Translate business requirements into data-driven financial solutions; identify revenue opportunities via rate fencing, upselling and segment pricing.
- Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis for financial planning.
- Support cost optimization initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product analytics, data & BI, FP&A or audit roles preferred.

- Prior exposure to payments, clearing, or banking reconciliation processes.
