Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and analyse Accounts Payable (P2P) and Accounts Receivable (O2C) ledgers for the group, ensuring consistent treatment across regions.
- Produce month-end, half-year and year-end operational finance closing packs and management reports for senior leadership.
- Lead reconciliations between aged debtors/creditors and the Trial Balance; own accruals accounting and P&L analysis.
- Maintain and update ECL matrices and other IFRS provisions for trade balances; support external and internal audits.
- Monitor and review DSO/DPO calculations, generate value-add analysis across platforms, regions and channels.
- Champion automation and digitalisation initiatives to streamline processes and improve reporting timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams (O2C, P2P, Digitalisation) and act as liaison for auditors and finance stakeholders.
- Oversee customers and suppliers ORC process, payments, and balance sheet reclassifications.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using SAP in a transactional finance function.
- Advanced Power BI or similar data-visualisation experience.
- Previous exposure to global / regional finance operations or travel/booking industry finance is advantageous.
- Strong experience with external audits and internal control frameworks.
- Proven track record delivering automation or digitalisation projects in finance.
