Job description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to achieve regional goals
  • Manage multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search, display ads, social media, affiliate marketing, email marketing)
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Collaborate with creative agencies to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
  • Track and report on key performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates)
  • Identify and test new acquisition channels, tactics, and technologies
  • Manage relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors

Requirements

  • Experience in performance marketing with a proven track record
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, affiliate networks)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a performance marketing role
  • Strong background in FinTech or related industries
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams
