Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead growth for the Türkiye corridor across UAE and global send markets
  • Build trust-based relationships with diaspora communities (in-person and online)
  • Conduct continuous customer research with senders and recipients
  • Initiate, negotiate, and manage partnerships with community associations
  • Plan and execute offline and online advertising campaigns
  • Source, onboard, and lead community ambassadors and influencers
  • Manage agencies across paid media, creative, and events
  • Own CRM initiatives and lifecycle campaigns
  • Partner with Product, Ops, Engineering, and Support to optimize operations
  • Deep-dive into customer pain points and drive solutions with the Country Manager
  • Travel to key corridors and UAE communities to grow adoption
  • Engage customers directly via calls and social channels
  • Define growth strategy, budget, targets, CAC, and CRM roadmap with the Country Manager

Requirements

  • Based in Dubai, UAE (or willing to relocate)
  • 7+ years in high-growth environments (startups/marketing/fintech)
  • Strong networks with Turkish diaspora (including UAE)
  • Business development, sales, marketing, and analytics skills
  • Hands-on paid marketing experience
  • Influencer/celebrity contacts a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for migrant communities and impact
  • Resourceful, bias to action, frugal mindset
  • Fluency in English and Turkish; German/French a plus
