Job description

Responsibilities

  • Define brand and founder positioning, messaging, and content pillars
  • Build an integrated media strategy across PR, social, thought leadership, events, and partnerships
  • Set and manage KPIs focused on reach, engagement, lead generation, and investor interest
  • Oversee or produce compelling content aligned with brand voice and vision
  • Manage campaign calendars, PR outreach, and social/content channels
  • Partner closely with founders to align tone, cadence, and priorities
  • Build and lead a high‑performing network of freelancers, agencies, and creatives
  • Own budget, tools, and spend; optimize for maximum impact
  • Identify and nurture partnerships to amplify visibility and credibility
  • Operate from Dubai in a hybrid setup while coordinating global reach

Requirements

  • 8+ years in strategic communications, brand, or media, ideally in tech or high‑growth startups
  • Proven track record executing media plans that drive measurable outcomes
  • Experience leading cross‑functional teams and managing external agencies
  • Balance of creative storytelling with data‑driven decision making
  • Deep knowledge of PR, content strategy, and executive/founder communications
  • Based in Dubai, UAE with ability to work hybrid

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience scaling founder/executive thought leadership programs
  • Strong editorial judgment and brand storytelling expertise
  • Hands‑on content creation across formats (long‑form, social, PR)
  • Proficiency with KPI setting, reporting, and optimization across channels
