Job description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global marketing strategy for partner (IB) and institutional (B2B) growth across FXTM and Exinity Connect
- Collaborate with Dealing, Partnerships, CRM, Digital Marketing, and Product to drive lead generation and revenue
- Plan and run integrated digital/offline campaigns in key regions (Greater China, SEA, Africa, MENA)
- Create partner and institutional toolkits: brochures, videos, webinars, case studies, sales enablement
- Oversee Exinity Connect website design, content, and launches aligned to B2B objectives
- Manage LinkedIn and B2B channels (content calendar, posts, organic/paid optimization)
- Build CRM/SCRM journeys for IBs and institutional prospects (onboarding, engagement, retention)
- Plan and execute offline events: seminars, workshops, conferences (e.g., iFX EXPO)
- Drive media placements and thought leadership on industry platforms
- Conduct market and competitor analysis; monitor KPIs and optimize performance
- Ensure consistent brand voice with local market alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related
- 8+ years B2B or partner marketing
- Global campaign management experience
- IB/partner model knowledge
- Retail trading user experience understanding
- English and Chinese fluency
- Data-driven and analytical
- Cross-functional project leadership
- Strong presentation and communication
- Problem-solving and creative mindset
- High ownership and decision-making
- Flexible hours for global teams
- Based in Dubai, UAE (hybrid)
Preferred Qualifications
- Financial services or Forex industry background
