Responsibilities
- Define and execute Easygenerator’s global sales strategy to achieve growth targets.
- Build, mentor, and inspire team leads and account executives across regions.
- Drive forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.
- Develop playbooks and best practices to improve sales cycle and win rates.
- Participate in strategic prospect meetings; guide executives on overcoming no decisions.
- Partner with the Head of Business Development to ensure inbound and outbound channel quality.
- Work with the Chief Customer Officer to ensure a seamless customer journey post-sale.
- Represent Easygenerator at industry events and act as a thought leader.
Requirements
- 5-10 years B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in senior leadership.
- Proven SaaS sales background, with experience building and scaling global teams.
- Familiarity with consultative, solution-based enterprise selling and high-velocity environments.
- Approachable leadership style encouraging open communication and teamwork.
- Accountability and inspirational role modeling.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
- Data-driven, strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scale-up environment.
