Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Administer Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 with monitoring and patching
  • Configure and support firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN
  • Maintain LAN/WAN and site connectivity for construction projects
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support across UAE project locations
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networks; maintain documentation

Requirements

  • 5–8 years in IT support/system administration
  • Construction industry experience
  • Strong Windows Server and networking expertise
  • Hands-on firewall configuration and troubleshooting
  • CCNA certification
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Qualifications

  • VMware or Hyper-V exposure
  • Basic cloud knowledge (Azure/AWS)
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes
