Responsibilities
Social Media & Community Management
- Manage day-to-day engagement across social platforms (comments, DMs, mentions).
- Research and build relationships with influencers and creators.
- Manage seeding, gifting, and sample tracking for creators.
- Monitor social media channels and performance metrics, including engagement and follower growth.
- Identify user-generated content opportunities and nurture brand advocates.
Content Creation & Design
- Prepare visuals using Canva for seasonal promotions.
- Edit and retouch images using Photoshop.
- Assist in sourcing props for photo and video shoots.
E-Commerce Management
- Update product listings, web pages, and collections on Shopify in line with campaigns and seasons.
- Upload and optimise content on platforms including Etsy, NOTHS, TikTok Shop, eBay, and others.
- Write and proof product descriptions, blog posts, and recipe content.
- Track monthly sales and assist with reporting and forecasting.
Copywriting & PR Support
- Draft press releases and email pitches for media outreach.
- Manage influencer and journalist contact databases.
- Coordinate media samples and track responses.
Email Marketing (Klaviyo)
- Draft and schedule newsletter campaigns.
- Monitor and refine automated Klaviyo flows.
Administrative Support
- Assist with maintaining online business listings (e.g., Google My Business).
- Provide admin support for photoshoots, events, and influencer campaigns.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
- Proficient in social media content creation, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organised, and self-motivated.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must have access to a reliable internet connection and laptop.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with social media analytics tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles.
- Familiarity with content management systems.
