Responsibilities

  • Consult clients on performance management, learning management, and career development processes.
  • Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure successful deployment within their first 30-60 days using Deel Engage.
  • Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to clients on a wide range of questions.
  • Become an expert user of Deel Engage to train customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of L&D processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in modern software applications with a passion for technology.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in learning or educational sciences.
  • Experience working in an HR or L&D team.
  • Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
