Responsibilities
- Consult clients on performance management, learning management, and career development processes.
- Assist new customers with onboarding and ensure successful deployment within their first 30-60 days using Deel Engage.
- Build deep and trusting long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide prompt and efficient support to clients on a wide range of questions.
- Become an expert user of Deel Engage to train customers.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver the best customer experience.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of L&D processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in modern software applications with a passion for technology.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in learning or educational sciences.
- Experience working in an HR or L&D team.
- Experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up.
- Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones.
