Job description

Responsibilities

  • Support the CRM Manager and collaborate with marketing, commercial and global teams to build, manage and execute the marketing calendar through CRM channels and in-app touchpoints
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of CRM campaigns: brief, build, proof, send and report on emails, push notifications, WhatsApp messages, in-app banners and in-app messages
  • Coordinate BAU calendar management and ensure timely, accurate campaign execution across stakeholders
  • Develop marketing messages in English (and Arabic where needed) tailored to local UAE audiences
  • Drive segmentation, targeting and audience build to maximise campaign relevance and performance
  • Monitor competitor CRM activity and provide regular reporting
  • Run post-campaign analysis and surface learnings to inform future campaigns
  • Implement test & learn strategies to optimise email templates, content and channel performance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years CRM experience (3+ years for more senior/executive roles)
  • Demonstrated experience with data analysis and audience segmentation
  • HTML familiarity and ability to identify template changes
  • Email deployment experience (Braze preferred)
  • Experience with data visualisation and reporting tools (Looker preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Fluent English; Arabic language skills a plus

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Braze or similar CRM platforms
  • Practical use of Looker (or equivalent BI tools) for campaign reporting
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimisation
  • Prior experience executing multilingual (English + Arabic) CRM campaigns
  • Comfort working with SQL or export-level dataset pulls for segmentation
