Job description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution and implementation of a comprehensive brand identity refresh, ensuring all creative outputs align with the new brand strategy and guidelines.
  • Design and rapidly iterate on a variety of digital assets, including high-converting landing pages, engaging social media graphics, and effective email marketing templates.
  • Create visually compelling assets for paid and organic social media campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion.
  • Develop clear, accessible, and attractive printed materials such as promotional flyers, posters, patient guides, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to conceptualize, design, and test creative assets that drive patient acquisition and community retention.
  • Partner with Business, Product, and People Operations teams to fulfill their design needs, ensuring brand consistency across all departments.
  • Manage the entire design lifecycle from initial concept and wireframing through to final asset handoff and organized storage.
  • Maintain and evolve brand visual standards across the company, serving as the central point of contact for creative execution.
  • Optimize design assets for web speed, user accessibility, and maximum social engagement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience with a significant focus on digital marketing, website design, and social media creative development.
  • Proven experience in executing brand identity refreshes and maintaining brand consistency across diverse touchpoints.
  • Expertise in creating high-converting assets for digital marketing channels (landing pages, social media, email).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong project management and self-organization skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams independently.
  • Ability to rapidly generate multiple creative directions and iterate based on performance data and feedback.
  • Understanding of web speed optimization, user accessibility (WCAG standards), and social media engagement best practices.
  • Experience with motion design principles and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience translating designs into user-friendly templates for cross-functional teams using tools like Canva and Google Slides.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and using performance data to inform design decisions.
