Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day movement of collateral, liquidity, and balances across exchanges, custodians, wallets, and fiat accounts.
  • Monitor real-time liquidity and maintain short-term liquidity forecasts (1–7 days); anticipate funding needs and execute collateral transfers to meet margin requirements.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of on-chain, exchange, and custodian balances; escalate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Prepare, submit, and track deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers; validate addresses, memos, networks, and whitelisting.
  • Oversee fiat and stablecoin allocations for operational expenses, ramp/deramp flows, and trading support; monitor banking portals and fiat rails.
  • Maintain dual-control workflows, detailed transaction logs, and support internal audits and due-diligence requests.
  • Produce daily treasury snapshots and maintain internal dashboards for senior stakeholders; support weekly/monthly finance and NAV reporting cycles.
  • Coordinate with trading, risk, engineering, exchanges, custodians, and OTC counterparties on margin calls, account configurations, and operational incidents.
  • Identify manual processes for automation and collaborate with engineering to improve treasury tooling and monitoring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within a trading firm, crypto exchange, hedge fund, or digital-asset custody environment.
  • Familiarity with exchanges, custodians, wallets, network fees, withdrawal limits, and on-chain settlement characteristics.
  • Prior exposure to settlement processes, OTC counterparties, and banking/fiat rails.
  • Experience or familiarity with automation tools; Python and SQL experience advantageous.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, distributed environment and handling high-value transfers under strict controls.
