Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support Planner / Senior Planner with weekly and monthly trading reports, performance tracking, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Develop understanding of category, brand, and department performance to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Assist with OTB, forecasting, and budgeting through accurate data compilation and basic analysis.
  • Prepare continuity and seasonal reorder data aligned with OTB guidelines and trading performance.
  • Support inventory management to improve availability, sell-through, and overall stock health.
  • Execute allocations and reorders accurately and within agreed timelines following defined processes.
  • Monitor weekly replenishment performance and track receipts against forecast.
  • Coordinate setup and tracking of replenishment SKUs with replenishment counterparts.
  • Highlight potential stock risks and opportunities and escalate to Planner / Senior Planner when required.
  • Maintain accurate data across planning tools, Excel trackers, and reporting systems.
  • Analyze trading and inventory data to support buying and planning decisions.
  • Work closely with Buying, Digital, Commercial, Finance, Logistics, and Operations to support day-to-day execution.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support action tracking and follow-ups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in luxury e-commerce or fashion retail planning.
  • Familiarity with merchandise planning tools and replenishment systems.
  • Basic SQL or data-querying experience (advantageous).
  • Prior exposure to OTB and seasonal planning processes.
