As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for various job positions within the consumer services industry.

Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job positions.
- Review resumes and applications, and manage the candidate database effectively.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific job requirements and preferences.
- Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with the consumer services industry is a plus.
