As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting potential candidates for various job positions within the consumer services industry.

Working remotely, you will have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and choose the projects you want to take on. As a Dutch Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will play a vital role in connecting talented individuals with exciting job opportunities, helping them thrive in their careers.

Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for job positions.
  • Review resumes and applications, and manage the candidate database effectively.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific job requirements and preferences.
  • Identify and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct reference checks and verify candidate information.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch language, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with the consumer services industry is a plus.
