Job description
Responsibilities
- Oversee household operations, maintenance, landscaping, and upkeep of the principal’s residence.
- Manage rental properties: leases, tenant relations, utilities, services, and government documentation.
- Support small ventures by sourcing and liaising with providers, agents, and banks; submit required filings.
- Maintain vehicle fleet: schedule maintenance, registrations, insurance, and logistics.
- Coordinate personal logistics: visa renewals, travel, guest excursions, and family requests.
- Handle cross-jurisdiction government filings and administrative tasks.
- Source, purchase, sell, or store items as directed.
- Provide flexible support for family members’ operational needs.
- Act as a proactive fixer: research, engage vendors, and resolve issues quickly.
- Provide on-call support across Emirates Hills and Business Bay; travel as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years in operational support, property management, or executive assistance within HNW/family office settings.
- Demonstrated self-starter with hands-on problem-solving, vendor management, and logistics experience.
- Strong organization; property/lease administration and government compliance (UAE preferred).
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and travel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial/admin tools.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Property management certifications.
- Multilingual capability.
