Job description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee household operations, maintenance, landscaping, and upkeep of the principal’s residence.
  • Manage rental properties: leases, tenant relations, utilities, services, and government documentation.
  • Support small ventures by sourcing and liaising with providers, agents, and banks; submit required filings.
  • Maintain vehicle fleet: schedule maintenance, registrations, insurance, and logistics.
  • Coordinate personal logistics: visa renewals, travel, guest excursions, and family requests.
  • Handle cross-jurisdiction government filings and administrative tasks.
  • Source, purchase, sell, or store items as directed.
  • Provide flexible support for family members’ operational needs.
  • Act as a proactive fixer: research, engage vendors, and resolve issues quickly.
  • Provide on-call support across Emirates Hills and Business Bay; travel as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in operational support, property management, or executive assistance within HNW/family office settings.
  • Demonstrated self-starter with hands-on problem-solving, vendor management, and logistics experience.
  • Strong organization; property/lease administration and government compliance (UAE preferred).
  • Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and travel.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic financial/admin tools.
  • Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Property management certifications.
  • Multilingual capability.
