Job description
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track multiple workstreams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and within scope.
- Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and roadblocks across projects.
- Support project teams in maintaining execution discipline and delivery standards.
- Identify potential delays and bottlenecks early, addressing root causes rather than simply escalating issues.
- Drive corrective actions to maintain pace and ensure sprint objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Follow up on pending inputs and escalate issues when necessary to maintain progress.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and tracking tools.
- Monitor data accuracy and proactively resolve inconsistencies.
- Prepare structured progress reports for senior leadership.
- Capture detailed meeting notes and convert them into structured reports, summaries, and action trackers.
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for leadership updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO, project management, consulting, or execution-focused roles.
- Experience working on government or large-scale strategic initiatives preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, VLOOKUP, Index-Match, data validation and reconciliation).
- Strong understanding of project charters, critical path analysis, risk management, and post-implementation review processes.
- Ability to prepare senior leadership-ready PowerPoint presentations under tight deadlines.
- Professional fluency in Arabic and English (mandatory).
- High ownership and accountability mindset.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to close issues.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments with shifting priorities and rapid turnaround timelines.
