Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
  • Book and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospects
  • Research, map and navigate target accounts and decision-makers
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success for handoffs
  • Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
  • Provide feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in sales
  • Proven success with outbound sales and cold calling
  • Comfortable speaking with mid- to senior-level stakeholders
  • Strong account research and mapping skills
  • Familiarity with CRMs and outbound sales tools
  • Proactive, coachable, and resilient
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in adtech, programmatic or performance marketing
  • Familiarity with RTB or deep-learning-driven ad platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
  • Additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus
