Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)
- Book and lead discovery and demo meetings with prospects
- Research, map and navigate target accounts and decision-makers
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success for handoffs
- Meet or exceed revenue and activity targets
- Provide feedback to improve messaging and outreach strategies
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in sales
- Proven success with outbound sales and cold calling
- Comfortable speaking with mid- to senior-level stakeholders
- Strong account research and mapping skills
- Familiarity with CRMs and outbound sales tools
- Proactive, coachable, and resilient
- Strong English communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in adtech, programmatic or performance marketing
- Familiarity with RTB or deep-learning-driven ad platforms
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- Additional language skills (Arabic) are a plus
