
Senior Executive Assistant

Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and appointments for senior leaders
- Screen calls and correspondence; respond independently when appropriate
- Liaise across departments, brands, partners, customers, and suppliers
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documents; proofread all materials
- Coordinate travel plans, itineraries, visas, and expenses with the travel team
- Plan and organise visits, meetings, and on-site events; prepare meeting rooms
- Attend meetings, take detailed minutes, track actions and deadlines
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets; digitally archive records and reports
- Greet and host external visitors and VIP guests
- Coordinate with IT; ensure equipment and software are up to date
- Support social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn); draft copy for posts
- Provide copywriting for press releases, speeches, and key communications
- Maintain updated to-do lists; communicate deadlines on time
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple projects
- Strong stakeholder management
- Adaptive, proactive, solution-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Able to work under pressure and prioritise
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Based in Dubai, UAE
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct C-level support experience
- Background in a large, complex organisation
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Social media management (LinkedIn)
- Event and visit coordination experience
- Minutes and board-material preparation
- Copywriting for executive communications
