Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead design for conversion-focused websites, landing pages, and digital marketing assets targeted at professional services clients.
  • Develop and maintain cohesive brand identity systems: logos, typography, color palettes, and usage guidelines.
  • Produce high-impact visuals for paid and organic social campaigns, display ads, infographics, and hero imagery.
  • Create responsive web and UI layouts with strong visual hierarchy and accessibility best practices.
  • Edit and optimise photography and visual assets for web performance and cross-platform consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with product, SEO, development, account management, and marketing teams to align design with business goals and CRO insights.
  • Maintain reusable design systems, templates, and component libraries in Figma for scalable delivery.
  • Integrate AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to increase efficiency while preserving design quality.
  • Own projects end-to-end: scoping, timelines, stakeholder feedback, and final delivery under tight deadlines.

Requirements

  • 6+ years experience in graphic design
  • Strong portfolio of web & brand work
  • Expert Figma proficiency
  • Adobe Creative Suite mastery
  • Web design & responsive layouts
  • CRO & UX fundamentals
  • English communication
  • Portfolio case studies

Preferred Qualifications

  • Motion graphics experience (After Effects)
  • Video editing skills (Premiere / Final Cut)
  • Agency experience with client-facing delivery
  • Experience directing photo/video shoots
  • Familiarity with HTML5 ad tools
  • Practical use of AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney)
