Job description
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value traders and VIP clients in the Main App, serving as the primary point of contact and client advocate.
- Deliver concierge-level, white-glove support with proactive outreach and rapid-response service.
- Provide personalized market insights, trading tips, and platform guidance to increase engagement and retention.
- Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client behavior and needs.
- Monitor client usage, AUM, and trading activity to uncover growth opportunities and retention risks.
- Drive product adoption and trading frequency by surfacing relevant features and tools.
- Collect and track client satisfaction (NPS and qualitative feedback) and act on insights to improve service.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless client experiences and escalate client feedback internally.
- Grow the business through referrals, network expansion, and relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience
- Client-facing exp
- HNW client mgmt
- Crypto knowledge
- Arabic fluency
- Data-driven
- Strong communicator
- Compliance aware
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services supporting traders or HNW clients.
- Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling and driving revenue from client relationships.
- Familiarity with trading platforms, order flow, and trader behavior.
- Multilingual skills relevant to the regional market (Arabic required; additional languages a plus).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and compliance-focused environment.
