VIP Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value traders and VIP clients in the Main App, serving as the primary point of contact and client advocate.
• Deliver concierge-level, white-glove support with proactive outreach and rapid-response service.
• Provide personalized market insights, trading tips, and platform guidance to increase engagement and retention.
• Identify and execute cross-sell and upsell opportunities aligned with client behavior and needs.
• Monitor client usage, AUM, and trading activity to uncover growth opportunities and retention risks.
• Drive product adoption and trading frequency by surfacing relevant features and tools.
• Collect and track client satisfaction (NPS and qualitative feedback) and act on insights to improve service.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Compliance to ensure seamless client experiences and escalate client feedback internally.
• Grow the business through referrals, network expansion, and relationship-building with high-net-worth individuals.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience
• Client-facing exp
• HNW client mgmt
• Crypto knowledge
• Arabic fluency
• Data-driven
• Strong communicator
• Compliance aware

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services supporting traders or HNW clients.
• Proven track record of upselling/cross-selling and driving revenue from client relationships.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, order flow, and trader behavior.
• Multilingual skills relevant to the regional market (Arabic required; additional languages a plus).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and compliance-focused environment.
