Job description

Responsibilities

  • Originate, manage and grow a defined book of Escrow and TPMA clients across legal, property, construction and corporate sectors
  • Drive new revenue and recurring growth while balancing acquisition and long-term retention
  • Design and structure complex, compliant Escrow solutions in collaboration with legal, compliance and operations
  • Develop and manage introducer and referral networks (law firms, developers, CSPs, advisors)
  • Own pipeline end-to-end, ensure CRM hygiene and transparent commercial reporting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Services, Marketing and Operations to ensure seamless onboarding and execution
  • Provide market insight to inform product development, pricing and competitive positioning
  • Represent Interpolitan professionally at client meetings, events and industry forums
  • Operate with full accountability for commercial outcomes

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years’ experience
  • Escrow or TPMA experience
  • Transaction banking knowledge
  • Regulatory knowledge
  • Proven origination track record
  • Established introducer network
  • Commercial acumen
  • Negotiation skills
  • CRM proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SRA/FCA frameworks
  • Background in payments, trust or transaction banking
  • Existing relationships with law firms, developers and fiduciaries
  • Experience structuring high-value cross-border transactions
  • Strong stakeholder management at partner/senior levels
