Job description

Responsibilities

  • Represent Edelman as the first point of contact for prospective clients
  • Understand client needs and present insights to senior team
  • Manage and complete RFIs and RFPs
  • Support refinement and rollout of new business processes
  • Manage lead capture, qualification and prioritization
  • Track wins, losses, conversion and costs
  • Build relationships with procurement, vendors and communications teams
  • Ensure conflict-of-interest checks for potential clients
  • Work with teams and finance to align budgets with scopes
  • Partner with marketing on events, awards and case studies
  • Collaborate with resourcing and senior leadership on staffing and client remits
