Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent Edelman as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Understand client needs and present insights to senior team
- Manage and complete RFIs and RFPs
- Support refinement and rollout of new business processes
- Manage lead capture, qualification and prioritization
- Track wins, losses, conversion and costs
- Build relationships with procurement, vendors and communications teams
- Ensure conflict-of-interest checks for potential clients
- Work with teams and finance to align budgets with scopes
- Partner with marketing on events, awards and case studies
- Collaborate with resourcing and senior leadership on staffing and client remits
