Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute portfolio strategy to drive growth across non-fashion categories (electronics, home).
  • Recruit, onboard and train high-potential suppliers to meet quarterly targets.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and manage supplier P&L, inventory and pricing.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize supplier performance.
  • Track, analyze and report business development results and KPIs.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve customer and partner experiences.
  • Conduct strategic supplier meetings to align objectives and growth plans.
  • Educate suppliers on platform tools and efficient operational processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in business, engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years account management experience in electronics or home categories (e-commerce preferred).
  • Proven negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
  • P&L ownership and inventory/pricing management experience.
  • Strong Excel skills; experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior e-commerce marketplace experience.
  • Project or process management experience.
  • High-level analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing cross-border or regional supplier portfolios.
