Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research prospective B2B clients across European markets
  • Develop tailored proposals and commercial solutions to meet client needs
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and manage account handovers
  • Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to articulate value proposition
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage onboarding with client service teams
  • Track sales pipeline, update CRM, and prepare performance reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client support

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous
  • Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience (localization/translation preferred)
  • Strong understanding of European market landscape and client needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of building business relationships and meeting targets
  • Self-motivated, resourceful and results-oriented with ownership mindset
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid UAE-based environment (onsite + remote)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within localization, translation or language services industry
  • Proficiency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management best practices
  • Prior experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing complex deals
