Job description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential ISVs, system integrators, and global technology partners through research, outbound prospecting, and inbound lead management
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships; present the partner program and assess strategic fit
  • Coordinate technical vetting, contracting, and executive-level alignment meetings
  • Lead partner onboarding including orientation, sales, marketing, and customer success enablement
  • Activate partner profiles, manage access rights, and provide enablement materials and tools
  • Collaborate on joint business and marketing plans, account mapping, and lead generation campaigns
  • Review partner sales pipelines, coordinate ongoing training, and support partner sales efforts
  • Align partners with internal sales and customer success teams; manage lead handoffs and escalations
  • Track and report partner-sourced leads and opportunities; organize regular alignment calls and meetings

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global system integrators and independent software vendors (ISVs)
  • Proven track record managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth in CPaaS or SaaS environments
  • Familiarity with messaging APIs (SMS, WhatsApp Business, Voice) and cloud communications platforms
  • Experience coordinating technical vetting and commercial contracting
  • Strong presentation and executive engagement skills
  • Prior experience in UAE / MENA markets is an advantage
