Senior AI/ML Faculty & Curriculum Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and update graduate-level curricula (Master’s and Doctorate) in AI, Machine Learning, and related subjects tailored for online delivery and UAE/regional industry needs.
• Lead and deliver live lectures, workshops, and seminars for international cohorts; mentor and evaluate students, supervise thesis projects.
• Lead faculty development: train and mentor junior instructors, set academic quality standards, and review course materials.
• Collaborate with partner universities to align syllabi, assessment strategies, and accreditation requirements.
• Integrate industry partnerships into curriculum through guest lectures, applied projects, and placement coordination to maintain high employability outcomes.
• Drive research initiatives, publish in peer-reviewed venues, and represent Airtics at conferences and industry events.

Requirements

• PhD degree in AI/ML or related field
• 5+ years teaching
• Research publications
• Industry experience
• LMS proficiency
• Curriculum design
• English fluency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with European university systems (e.g., UCAM, Woolf)
• Professional AI/ML certifications (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP/Azure ML)
• Multilingual skills (Spanish, Arabic or other languages)
• Experience in curriculum accreditation and quality assurance processes
• Prior online program management or OPM experience
