Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and update graduate-level curricula (Master’s and Doctorate) in AI, Machine Learning, and related subjects tailored for online delivery and UAE/regional industry needs.
- Lead and deliver live lectures, workshops, and seminars for international cohorts; mentor and evaluate students, supervise thesis projects.
- Lead faculty development: train and mentor junior instructors, set academic quality standards, and review course materials.
- Collaborate with partner universities to align syllabi, assessment strategies, and accreditation requirements.
- Integrate industry partnerships into curriculum through guest lectures, applied projects, and placement coordination to maintain high employability outcomes.
- Drive research initiatives, publish in peer-reviewed venues, and represent Airtics at conferences and industry events.
Requirements
- PhD degree in AI/ML or related field
- 5+ years teaching

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with European university systems (e.g., UCAM, Woolf)
- Professional AI/ML certifications (TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS/GCP/Azure ML)
- Multilingual skills (Spanish, Arabic or other languages)
- Experience in curriculum accreditation and quality assurance processes
- Prior online program management or OPM experience
