Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support development and execution of the brand's online marketing strategy (email, SMS, triggered campaigns).
  • Implement marketing automation and set up customer journeys for different customer clusters.
  • Propose and enable new channels and capabilities on the marketing platform.
  • Create customer and brand milestone content aligned with journeys and brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with graphic design and marketing teams to produce campaign assets.
  • Segment databases to ensure campaign relevance and optimal budget use.
  • Run A/B tests, analyse results and provide optimisation recommendations.
  • Perform post-activity data analysis and reporting to deliver customer insights.
  • Ensure 360° alignment across social media, e‑commerce, retail and triggered communications.
  • Monitor digital marketing trends and evaluate new tools, especially in mobile marketing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Experience in customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing
  • Knowledge of analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies
  • Prior work in luxury or high‑street retail environments
  • Basic SQL or data querying skills
  • Experience with content coordination and asset production workflows
