Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of the brand's online marketing strategy (email, SMS, triggered campaigns).
- Implement marketing automation and set up customer journeys for different customer clusters.
- Propose and enable new channels and capabilities on the marketing platform.
- Create customer and brand milestone content aligned with journeys and brand guidelines.
- Liaise with graphic design and marketing teams to produce campaign assets.
- Segment databases to ensure campaign relevance and optimal budget use.
- Run A/B tests, analyse results and provide optimisation recommendations.
- Perform post-activity data analysis and reporting to deliver customer insights.
- Ensure 360° alignment across social media, e‑commerce, retail and triggered communications.
- Monitor digital marketing trends and evaluate new tools, especially in mobile marketing.

- Prior work in luxury or high‑street retail environments
- Basic SQL or data querying skills
- Experience with content coordination and asset production workflows
