Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets and industries
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking and rapport-building
- Promote and cross-sell company services to meet client objectives
- Prepare proposals and support in securing new business deals
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and growth areas
Requirements
- Proven B2B sales / business development experience (Consulting, Banking & Insurance, IT, or Services sector preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE Driving License
- Consulting Experience
- 3–15 years’ experience
