Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across markets and industries
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective networking and rapport-building
  • Promote and cross-sell company services to meet client objectives
  • Prepare proposals and support in securing new business deals
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and growth areas

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales / business development experience (Consulting, Banking & Insurance, IT, or Services sector preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive

Preferred Qualifications

  • UAE Driving License
  • Consulting Experience
  • 3–15 years’ experience
